This is one of our favorite home made desserts featuring a delicious rice pudding and apricot pudding – all in one bowl.  The rice pudding is made with white short grain rice, milk, sugar, and then infused with Rose Water.  For the apricot pudding, we used Turkish sundried apricots.  Together, these two puddings are a winning combination.  We prefer to serve pudding in individual bowls, but you can absolutely serve it in one big bowl, if you prefer.  Here, we top our pudding with crushed, raw pistachios and chopped sundried apricots.  Enjoy!
