This is simply an INCREDIBLE dish. This is very popular as a breakfast / brunch food or as a side dish. It is extremely important that this dish is served as soon as it is prepared because it will lose it’s tastiness and tantalizing effect if left to cool.  It is generally served with condiments such as fresh whole scallions, green bell pepper wedges, hot whole peppers, pickles, and even fresh roca leaves. There are a couple of versions to Chickpea Fatteh;  here, we give you our favorite (and it also happens to be the lightest)
