This is an incredibly yummy and easy breakfast dish that only requires 4 main ingredients – eggs, milk, parsley, and white cheese! If you are an egg and cheese lover, you are in for a treat. The cheese itself is salty so you can pass on the salt if you wish. We recommend you use either Nabulsi White Cheese or Mexican White Cheese for grilling, or better yet, Halloumi Cheese. These cheeses are great for grilling. If you wish, you can use Greek Feta cheese cubes – but skip the grilling bit as Feta cheese is too soft for grilling. The combination of freshly chopped parsley and white salty cheese is out of this world.
